Gamesa Electric introduces the new version for desert environments of its latest PV 3750 inverter at WFES 2020 in Abu Dhabi

Share

Driving down LCoE of utility-scale solar projects is the main goal of Gamesa Electric’s product catalog and the new PV 3750 HTD (High Temperature and Dust) version optimizes inverter performance in desert environments thus improving LCoE of projects in such extreme environments. The Gamesa Electric PV 3750 outdoor central inverter is one of the 1500V platforms with highest capacity in the market. With advanced liquid/air cooling, an easy to maintain design and critical components with high MTBF values, the reliability of the equipment is one of its hallmarks.

PV 3750 HTD

The PV 3750 HTD (High Temperature and Dust) version is optimized for extreme temperature and dust environments and thus achieves up to 3.6% more energy production (*) in such environments thanks to its technological developments:

– Extended temperature derating: maintains the 3.75 MVA nominal power up to 55ºC and operates at 50% capacity up to 60ºC

– Improved cooling: smart liquid/air system that adjusts the cooling level according to energy production and external conditions

Solutions for energy storage

Gamesa Electric presents its solutions for grid-connected energy storage: equipment for AC coupling such as the Gamesa Electric Stor PCS as well as inverters for DC coupling such as the new Gamesa Electric Stor DC-DC 500

You can find all the information about the new products Gamesa Electric PV 3750 HTD, PV Station 7500, Stor PCS and Stor DC-DC 500 at World Future Energy Summit (WFES), to be held in Abu Dhabi (UAE) from Jan13 to Jan16.

We look forward to seeing you at our booth 6300
