Geosolar’s Phase ? goes into operation enhancing capacity to 540MW

Geosolar, Sainty International Group (Geosolar), one of the leading partially integrated manufacturers of crystalline photovoltaic (PV) modules and a solar system kits provider, today announced its phase ?workshop was put into production, ramping up its annual capacity from 360MW to 540MW.

With an area of 1,920m², the new workshop has a scientific layout and optimized production lines. Like Phase ?, it has state-of-the-art lines and 6S management.
But the differences are more advantaged equipment for environment control, more automatic framing machines, and new EL tester that enables two persons to inspect at the same time.
In addition, Geosolar streamlines its production lines based on precise calculation. “By doing this, we can increase production efficiency by 15 percent,” said Jason Zhang, production director. “The expansion not only meets the growing demand but also provides customers with shorter lead time and higher quality.”
