GPTech will be main sponsor of the biggest renewable energys event in South America.
This edition of Intersolar will be especially important due to its proximity to the allocation phase of ‘1º Leilão de Energia de Reserva’ convened by the ‘Empresa de Pesquisa Energética’ (EPE) and forecasted to August 28th.
GPTech will exhibit its Utility-Scale Central Smart Inverters up to 1155KVA for the Brazilian photovoltaic market, besides its last news in storage technology, energy management and grid capabilities.
Mª José Muñiz, GPTech’s chief of strategy management, declared ‘We have decided to support Intersolar South America because we think it’s the best spot to present our GPTech solutions ‘Made in Brazil’. We strongly believe them to be a relevant advance for the successful development of PV Large-Scale.’
About the equipment’s advantages for the customers, M. Muñiz said: ‘The projects that include the GPTech technology will have, among other advantages, the benefit of FINAME code. This ensures the Nationalization Index of the projects. Moreover it will allow the Developer to increase up to 76% the project’s financing through the BNDES (Banco Nacional do Desenvolvimento).’
The GPTech’s PVWD Inverter’s family “Made in Brazil” has FINAME and PPB code number ‘3238498’. This information is available at BNDES’ website (http://www.bndes.gov.br).
In addition, the event coincides with the opening of GPTech’s new offices in Rio de Janeiro. This new working center joins the installations in Schroeder, Santa Catarina, where GPTech has set its first production line for Large Scale Photovoltaic Inverters.
At Intersolar, visitors from all around the world will meet to discuss about the main trends and technical innovations for the South American renewable energy market. GPTech will participate with a conference about the latest innovations in Power Electronic Systems.
Furthermore, GPTech will be present as exhibitor and Map Sponsor in Solar Power International – The sector’s main event in USA – as part of its international strategy. It will take place in Anaheim, California, from September 14 to 17.
