The SOL9610 Series is Heraeus' newest line of front-side metallization pastes. Formulated to be able to print with finger opening less than 50um, the SOL9610 Series provides finer line resolution than previous generations of paste. With the improved contact to silicon wafers, test results have demonstrated cell efficiencies greater than 19%.
According to Dr. Weiming Zhang, Vice President of Technology with the Heraeus Photovoltaic Business Unit, "The SOL9610 Series represents one of Heraeus' highest performing front-side pastes for conventional c-Si solar cells.
