New corporate management at the LISEC Group

After the passing of Mr. Kommerzialrat Peter Lisec – the founder of the Lisec Group of Companies – last August, the PETER LISEC Private Trust, who is the present owner of the LISEC Group, has appointed Mr. Karl Gruber as CEO and Mr. Gerhard Sonnleitner as CFO as of this June 15.

For many years Karl Gruber was in a leading position in the VOEST-ALPINE Industrieanlagenbau (VAI), lately Siemens VAI, and has eminent knowledge in the international metallurgic machinery business as well as a long term management experience as CEO of Siemens VAI.
Also for many years Gerhard Sonnleitner is in a leading position of the Lisec Group and is a member of the board of trustees. On the side of Mr. Kommerzialrat Peter Lisec he contributed essentially to the structural development of the company.
