The Sunova Solar team is very proud to announce that its N-Type Module, which is ranked 8th in this listing, is second among the TOPCon Modules ranked in this list.

This demonstrates Sunova Solar’s capability of delivering excellent quality grade products and underlines its strategy to provide modules to the market that combine affordability with high-efficiency. This approach was designed to support the global energy transition and allow all areas from small residential to large scale utility project to benefit from solar generated electricity.

Sunova Thor modules are available in two sizes in either a mono- or a bifacial version. The N-type solar cells of these modules have no natural LID thereby increasing power generation between 10% to 30% compared to conventional p-type modules. Depending on the size, the modules consist of 108 (430Wp module) or 144 (575Wp module) half mono cells.

The modules have a size of 1722 x 1134 x 30 mm and 2278 x 1134 x 30 mm respectively, making them ideal for repowerment of existing systems. The Thor modules are offered with a 30 years performance and 15 years product warranties. Sunova’s warranties are backed up by renowned insurance companies Ariel r.e. and Lloyds.

Solar Edition’s ranking is based on three factors: solar panel efficiency, power density and the solar panel’s power output. Please find the full ranking here: Top 10 Solar Panels – January 2023 | Solar Edition
