As the new Chief Executive Officer, Thomas Kercher is responsible for customer-oriented functions such as sales, marketing, service, and project management. His core tasks also include the further expansion of the company’s market position on an international level. As a long-standing financial advisor to PMT, Jörg Weber will take on all operational issues in the position of Chief Operating Officer.
“The expansion of the management team by Thomas Kercher and Jörg Weber is an important milestone for PMT”, company founder Peter Grass explains. “With this personnel decision we have succeeded in gaining two proven experts who will push forward the further targeted implementation of the international growth strategy with us”, Grass continues.
Thomas Kercher has over 20 years of leadership and management experience and already started working on his first PV projects in 2001. Kercher was managing director of PFALZSOLAR GmbH until 2018 and then worked as COO at Greencells GmbH and as CEO of a Dutch EPC.
