This approach allows an optimal allocation of the offered solar power plants between private investors, solar fund managers and other institutional investors.
After the full placement of the 7.5 MWp solar plant portfolio in Bavaria, Germany, which was finally divided between a private and an institutional investor, further large-scale plants are being offered by various owners.
