Sovello increases product warranty for X- and T-Series

As of January 1, Sovello AG has increased the product warranty for material and labor for its solar modules of the X- and T-Series to 10 years. With this step, the company doubles its previous warranty period of five years and further expands its warranty support.

The company’s profits hereby from its fully integrated production: the various possibilities of seamless quality controls along the value chain can be implemented much more consistently compared to other manufacturers whose value chain for wafer, cell and module production is often distributed across different locations.
“Because of our integrated production process ranging from crystal growing to finished module, we know exactly what goes into our production facilities, where and for what purpose it is being used and what comes out at the end. This allows us to offer a high quality product that underscores our claim to sell premium quality ‘made in Germany’ now with an increased 10 year warranty. We can now guarantee our customers an even longer and therefore more sustainable product safety,” declares Stephan Droxner, Director Strategy & Product Management at Sovello, explaining the advantages of this type of production.
The new warranty is valid as of January 1, 2011 for all modules of the X- and T-Series with a serial number starting with 49XX20110101XXXXXXX.
