Verengo Solar Names Innovative Energy Executive Dan Squiller as CEO

Seasoned Cleantech Executive to Continue Profitable Growth Path
Verengo Solar, one of the nation’s leading solar companies, today announced that veteran technology executive Dan Squiller has been named Chief Executive Officer.
Dan is the former CEO of PowerGenix, a company best known for its battery storage innovations and technology. Under his leadership, PowerGenix commercialized the first new battery chemistry since Lithium Ion, secured major wins with large power tool and automotive OEMs, and positioned the company to enter the behind the meter distributed energy storage market.

With more than 25 years of experience in cleantech industries and business leadership roles at companies like GT Advanced Technology, PowerGenix and Invensys, Squiller brings highly relevant experience, including in the solar, power conversion, energy storage and LED sectors.
