Under the first agreement, indirect wholly owned GCL subsidiary, Tianchang City GCL has contracted CNI Energy to carry out EPC services on a 40 MW PV project in Tianchang City of Anhui Province.
Meanwhile, CNI will perform EPC services on a 50 MW project in Menghai County of Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture for Menghai GCL, also an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of GCL.
No further details on the projects were divulged. However, GCL said indirect wholly owned subsidiaries, Licheng GCL, Baoying GCL and Tianchang City GCL also contracted CNI last year to work on three further PV plants in Licheng County of Changzi City (30 MW completed on November 28, 2014), Baoying County of Yangzhou City (6 MW completed this April 5), and Tianchang City of Anhui Province (40 MW, scheduled for completion on November 30), respectively.
