ASUNIM Turkey, together with Asunim Group’s expert engineering team in Europe, planned, implemented, and commissioned one of the largest and prestigious solar power plants in Turkey in record time.

Managing Partner of Asunim Turkey, Umut Gürbüz stated: “We are proud to have delivered this system to the investor by providing the most sophisticated engineering and maintenance services integrating the highest quality products on the market. In the licensed project of ANTGES, as in all our projects, there are many criteria to be considered to implement a top-level system that aims to outperform expectations, from design to installation, occupational health and safety applications, environmental policies, and system operation.

The project was prepared by Asunim's engineers in Europe using 3D modelling techniques that maximise space use, the most advanced meteorological and partial shading avoidance calculation instruments and Asunim-specific software. AC/DC oversizing for the fixed system aimed at maximising peak output, helping to avoid the use of more error prone and costly horizontal trackers while replicating a similar system performance. A total of 79,872 Schmid Pekintaş branded Made in Turkey solar panels, 8 SMA SUNNY 2750-EV inverters with a high oversizing capacity and high-quality steel structure from ERL were used; the System was TÜV approved for an overall high quality and efficiency.

From the overall Professional management of the construction site to the trees in the landscape design of the project site Office building, no detail was left unchecked in the project, taking great care in all processes. A 200-year-old olive tree was gifted to ANTGES Enerji and planted by ASUNIM Turkey to immortalize this big step in the name of clean energy.

With this Project, Asunim has once again proven to be a leading company in licensed utility scale EPC projects and industrial rooftop systems and has now implemented an accumulated 80MWp of licensed PV systems under operation in Turkey.

Maintenance and operation of the project will be carried out with full Asunim quality warranty and by Maxima Enerji, one of the leading O&M companies of Turkey.
