The competition jury recognised the innovation of the submitted project ‘SolarEdge Home – a new approach to energy in our homes'. SolarEdge Home is a comprehensive solution to maximise the benefits of producing your own clean, free and reliable energy generated by photovoltaics. This personal home energy ecosystem is unique in the Polish market – one solution combines energy storage, backup power and EV charging for even greater savings. The award-winning SolarEdge Home comprehensive solution – as the only one on the Polish market – also offers the opportunity to obtain full funding as part of a complete ecosystem from a single manufacturer under the government's ‘My Electricity 4.0' programme to subsidise photovoltaic micro-installations and ancillary components such as energy storage (up to PLN 31,000).

We are delighted that the competition jury has awarded us the title of Energy Transformation Leader. This confirms that the direction we have chosen – creating smart energy solutions that are both secure and economically viable and accelerate the green transition – is the right one. The awarded solution is an innovation on a global scale , ready for the coming future. In today's reality, photovoltaics as we know them do not always work. Today we need advanced home energy management solutions that make intelligent decisions. SolarEdge Home is just such a solution” says Mariusz Potocki, Commercial Sales Manager at SolarEdge Technologies Poland.

The aim of the ‘Energy Transformation Leaders' competition is to promote innovative products, technologies and services related to climate and environmental protection, as well as other innovative solutions that could have an impact on accelerating Poland's green transformation. The projects submitted to the competition were evaluated in terms of scalability and innovativeness of solutions, at the industry, national or global level, and environmental impact. The Competition is organised by the organiser of the Polish Climate Congress.
