The time is now for residential batteries in 2022. The prospects for energy storage are growing, with the industry still in its early stage. But storage deployed within a household now reaches a positive return on investment much faster than in previous years. The added coupling with smart home solutions providing energy management to save and earn money at the right times, managing self-consumption, with new simplicity and safety.
For stakeholders, and installers in particular, understanding the battery system, its chemistry, and what installers should know and be able to pass on to customers is a competitive advantage that goes beyond manufacturer choices.
The new year starts with JinkoSolar’s new storage solutions for the home. In this pv magazine Webinar, two new battery energy storage system (ESS) products from JinkoSolar will be announced. Key elements of energy storage technology will also be discussed, with technical expertise on hand.
JinkoSolar EU’s Senior Manager Technical Business Development Germany, Roman Giehl will be joining us for insights and discussion. Just exactly where one of the biggest players in solar believes the industry is heading will provide leading insights. In addition, Giehl’s chemistry background will provide analysis of battery chemistry, including the LFP present in Jinko’s residential solution.
