The system covers approximately 400,000 square meters of rooftop space, with the largest single rooftop boasting an 18MW capacity.

Mibet supplied brackets made of AL6005-T5 material and stainless steel fasteners. For standing seam metal roofs, the company utilized specialized clamps that non-penetratively attach to the roof seams, preserving structural integrity.

For trapezoidal sheet roofs, Mibet employed trapezoidal supports paired with zinc-nickel alloy self-drilling screws and EPDM rubber waterproof washers to ensure corrosion resistance and waterproofing.

Additionally, Mibet provided customized solutions to accommodate the project’s trapezoidal metal roofs with 20mm and 67.5mm rib widths. The system is designed to withstand wind speeds up to 60m/s, snow loads of 1.6kN/m², and roof tilt angles of 0-15°, with a 25-year service life.

“The system supports both rail-based and rail-free installation, and is compatible with framed or frameless PV modules in portrait or landscape layouts, offering flexible design options,” said Mibet’s project lead. “Our solution has been widely recognized for its high-efficiency delivery and structural reliability.”
