Precision on every roof: Connecting data, design, and delivery for C&I solar

Register Now

Designing for the commercial and industrial (C&I) segment means tight margins. In this webinar we will look at how data-driven workflows incorporating high-precision elevation data from drone and LiDAR scans, combined with the right design tools be used to create buildable, cost-accurate layouts for C&I customers. We’ll be joined by PV design software creator Virto Solar to discuss the key pain points when designing for C&I rooftop and potential solutions to accelerate project delivery.

Uneven surfaces and complex structures – every detail matters in the rooftop C&I segment. That’s why it is important to create cost effective layouts from the start and to ensure effective collaboration between departments throughout a project’s development.

In this pv magazine Webinar we will look at how a data-driven approach to designing C&I rooftop installations, combined with the right software tools, can improve workflows, support collaboration, and accelerate delivery times.

We will be joined by Virto Solar founder and managing director Kim Eyckmans to discuss the common pain points in the development process for rooftop C&I solar, while product manager and strategist Joris Hias will provide a demonstration of the company’s solutions to these problems. The Virto Solar team will also tease a new product in development for early 2026.

Presentations will explore how to reduce design errors early by using accurate site data to create buildable layouts. Attendees will lean how connected workflows can cut delays between sales, design and installation, while shared data improves coordination across teams.
