New high-performance module

Isofotón is presenting its high-performance ISF 240 module at this year’s EU PVSEC. The Spanish company says this module is its most powerful so far, with an efficiency of 14.5 percent and an output of 240 watts.

In June, the company presented a 235-watt module at Intersolar Europe. The cells have three conductive tracks instead of the former two, said to reduce electrical losses, while a watertight junction box improves heat dissipation. The module frame is quoted as having a 20-micron protective layer to prevent corrosion. Isofotón offers a ten-year product warranty and a three-stage 25-year performance guarantee. The ISF-240 module is said to be available now.
