Markets for rooftop PV are shifting toward self-consumption, and adding batteries, heat pumps and more to make the most of electrons generated on the roof. In this pv magazine Webinar, we take a closer look at Solax Power’s Thermal R290 series heat pumps, and how this device integrates into an all-in-one solution providing efficient heat and power to the home.

For rooftop PV customers, maximizing self-consumption to cut bills and gain some energy independence is a key part of the value proposition. Switching to electric heating is one part of this strategy, and heat pumps are increasingly part of ‘all-in-one’ solutions to power homes, along with PV and batteries.

In this webinar, Dutescu Nicolae, Senior Tech Support Engineer with Solax Power’s Heat Pump division will take us through the key features of the company’s Thermal R290 series, an air to water heat pump utilizing an environmentally friendly refrigerant to provide efficient heating and hot water.

And we’ll see how this heat pump fits into Solax Power’s ‘XHub’ all in one energy solution, combining with PV, batteries and smart energy management to maximize savings and solar self-consumption.
