In case of future warranty claims, Bosch will replace the module with a correctly working model of the same type or possibly eliminate the fault. Alternatively, lost earnings will be compensated.
Bosch will provide an alternative in the event that the module type is no longer produced. Proof of the loss of earnings in the form of a measurement report by an accredited expert or an institution is also no longer needed. The clause stating that the customer must bear the costs of transport and installation has been dropped.
These conditions are important for customers when the earnings calculated in advance are actually to be achieved in practice, thus providing a solid foundation for financing their solar project.
Bosch solar modules are developed, tested and manufactured with great care. And they apply worldwide.
The improved warranty conditions also apply to Bosch Solar Energy modules that were delivered before July 2011. In doing so, the company provides its customers with a five or 10-year product warranty and a 25-year performance warranty.
