Bob Kelly successfully led SolarCity (SCTY) through its 2012 initial public offering. He has held a variety of senior financial management roles in the energy field. Prior to SolarCity, Kelly served chief financial officer of Calera, a clean technology company focused on reducing carbon dioxide (CO²) emissions by converting CO2 into useful materials. Earlier, at independent power producer Calpine (CPN), Bob was chief financial officer and executive vice president, managing that companys IPO. Kelly was instrumental in growing Calpines electricity generation capacity from 1 megawatt (MW) to more than 25,000 MW.
Mr. Kelly joins current Mosaic board members Tom Dinwoodie and Lisa Gansky.
