OneRoof Energy, Inc., a residential solar services provider and wholly-owned subsidiary of OneRoof Energy Group, Inc. and Amergy Solar, a New York City-based solar installer, have entered into an agreement to jointly offer comprehensive solar solutions to residential solar customers in New York.

Amergy Solar provides solar power to homes, businesses, governments and non-profit organizations, and received the SunPower "Residential National Top Producer of the Year" award for its outstanding sales performance as a SunPower dealer in 2014 and 2013. Amergy Solar does business in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and California.

The agreement between Amergy Solar and OneRoof Energy was facilitated by StormHarbour Securities, an investment bank with offices in New York, London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Lisbon and Madrid.
