Conergy introduces new module manufactured outside of China

January 2012 | Industry & Suppliers | By: Shamsiah Ali-OettingerConergy has announced that it will introduce the Conergy PM module that is manufactured in Europe and thus will not be subject to any potential tariffs or duties associated with the recent trade complaint against Chinese cell and module manufacturers.
"With the current uncertainty of the tariff decision, Conergy USA is diversifying its module portfolio in order to support the continued growth of the solar industry and ensure that our customers’ businesses do not experience any supply interruptions," stated Donald Chung, Director of Marketing and Product Management.
