In her new role, Schell is responsible for providing strategic guidance to effectively expand the divisions energy generation and energy conservation businesses.
Schell has served a variety of roles for 3M, including leading groups through technical global success. She most recently operated as the global business director of Energy Conservation for the Renewable Energy Division. She has also held multiple leadership positions for business units in the United States and Australia, including Occupational Health and Environmental Safety, Specialty Chemicals, and Safety Security and Protection Services. Additionally, Schell previously served as director for 3M Corporate Strategy and Marketing Development.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Business from Western Sydney University.
