The dynamic development of the PV industry means that especially full service providers like ADLER Solar have to identify current trends and align its portfolio accordingly. This is one reason that the following strategic positions are being added to the management team:
Heinz Hackmann as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) a business lawyer with a Dipl.-Wirtschaftsjuristdegree who was already able to look back on a career spanning several years in finance and controlling before moving to ADLER Solar as engineering manager in 2011
Noriki Hirano as Representative Director ofADLER Solar Works (Japan) comes with profound national as well as international sales- and business development expertise
Thomas Sanders as Head of Human Resources began his career in corporate consulting and has been gathering comprehensive experience in the areas of recruiting and staff development in the PV industry for over ten years
Bettina Duske as Senior Manager of Marketing Communications is an experienced PR and marketing communications expert who has international experience working in the USA, the Netherlands, and Germany
Another reason was to redesign the organizational structure in order to be able to respond yet more flexibly to customers changing needs. For this purpose, the two competence centres, Services and Solutions were created. Services includes among other things technical field services, engineering, and after-sales services; Solutions, by contrast, covers key account management and business development.
Bundling employee competences and creating synergies for cross-departmental projects translates one-on-one to enhanced customer benefits: in particular, a customisedportfolio of solutions and their efficient implementation. What is more, this organizational model enables us to be excellently positioned for the future, is the explanation given by Gerhard Cunze, Executive Partner at ADLER Solar, for taking this step.
