Bisol Group introduces upgraded PeakPerformance modules at Milan's Solarexpo

The new and improved series of monocrystalline PV modules, with anti-reflective glass and power classes ranging from 280 Wp to 290 Wp, were presented for the first time at the Solarexpo trade fair which closes today in Milan, Italy.

The 60-cell modules boast efficiencies close to 18% for 290 Wp and excellent performance in low-light conditions.

The highly transparent anti-reflective glass enables improved light absorbance and ensures 2 to 3% higher energy yields.

The main advantage of the Bisol PeakPerformance series is the high power-to-surface ratio, making the high efficiency modules especially suitable for residential applications with limited roof space.

By fitting more kilowatts of installed power into a smaller area, the result is a shorter installation time, smaller surface area and less mounting structure, lowering the total cost of the PV system per Wp.

The high-efficiency Bisol PeakPerformance modules are produced in Europe using strictly the highest quality materials, which undergo a carefully controlled manufacturing process focused on the long life span of the modules and negligible degradation over a long period of time.

Snow resistant

The modules are equipped with MC4-compatible TE Connectivity PV4 connectors and withstand snow loads of up to 5,400 Pa as well as hail 25 mm in diameter with a perpendicular fall at a speed of 83 km/h.

Strictly positive power output tolerances and Bisol's innovative module pre-sorting system, which reduces system losses by up to 70%, provide additional added value for the customer.

Bisol PeakPerformance modules carry a 10-year product warranty, a 12-year warranty on 90% power output and a 25-year warranty on 80% power output.

At the Solarexpo Bisol Group also presented its recently launched solar street light, the environmentally friendly and cost-efficient Bisol SSL-30; the Bisol Spectrum series of coloured PV modules and other series of mono and polycrystalline PV modules, as well as the innovative Bisol EasyMount mounting systems and the wide range of Bisol off-grid and hybrid systems.
