It is the first European technology that, since 2006, increases the yield of photovoltaic plants. rnIn a little while we are going to install 0,6 MWp worth of optimized installations in Sardinia. With this installation, which is the result between a collaboration between BMSolar and Ussanas Energy Service (Cagliari), the biggest optimized photovoltaic plant is born.
But what is BlackMagic? BlackMagic is an evolution of the photovoltaic sector because it is the first device that introduces an artificial intelligence devoted to control and optimization between panel and inverter. This intelligence avoids the intrinsic losses of photovoltaic plants increasing the overall efficiency, which in turn reduces the breakeven point of the investment and maximizes the gain. This technology is applicable on new plants or existing ones, works with every panel and inverter on the market.
Even the type of the installation (residential, commercial, roof, on ground) is no concern. We have a Junction Box version too for total integration with the panels during assemblation. BlackMagic was created to answer the pressing matter of energy efficiency, which is always penalized in traditional installations due to their known problematics.
A Photovoltaic plant converts to electrical energy only around 7%-11% of the collected solar energy. This low rate of conversion is worsened by environmental and meteorological factors (shadows, smoke, sand, dirt, fog, snow) and/or technical problems like projectual errors, installation errors, panel aging and mismatching (which is accountable for a 14% to 30% loss).
If we are going to ignore these problematics, make investments in photovoltaics can be prohibitive and really delay the return of investment. BlackMagic technology, born in 2006, was the first to address and solve these typical scenarios of the photovoltaic sector.
