The supervisory board of centrotherm photovoltaics AG is restructuring its management board and has appointed Florian von Gropper to be chief financial officer (CFO).
Following the successful reorganization of the company in 2012 and 2013, Tobias Hoefer is to step down from the management board, as planned, as of February 17, 2014.
The management board post of chief restructuring officer (CRO) that he has held to date will be assumed by CEO Jan von Schuckmann, who will continue with the restructuring activities that are underway.
"Since his appointment in July 2012, Tobias Hoefer has restructured centrotherm jointly with his management board colleagues, repositioning it with a reorganization plan that is beneficial to all involved. We would like to extend our very special thanks to him for this work," emphasizes Supervisory Board Chairman Tobias Wahl.
