Jan von Schuckmann is to step down from the Management Board of centrotherm photovoltaics AG at the end of today by way of amicable agreement with the Supervisory Board.
With the conclusion of the final restructuring measures and the successful reorganization of the centrotherm Group, the Speaker of the Management Board and Chief Restructuring Officer is ending his involvement at the Blaubeuren-based technology company.
Hans Autenrieth is to become the new Speaker of the Management Board from May 1, 2014.
"Together with his Management Board colleagues, Jan von Schuckmann has restructured centrotherm over the past two years, positioning it solidly for the future. Including on behalf of the staff of centrotherm photovoltaics AG, we would like to thank him for his special contribution and commitment, and we would like to wish him all the best for the future," notes Supervisory Board Chairman Tobias Wahl.
