The teamtechnik production technology group received orders for more than 50 machine assemblies for the production of solar cell strings from China in the last quarter.
Leading solar module manufacturers in the Asian boom market ordered the STRINGER TT1200 HS high-performance system from the German automation specialists.

Teamtechnik is the only western manufacturer of stringer systems with its own production facility in China and its customer list reads like a Who's Who of major players in the sector.
Some 16 single-track stringer systems, which solder in 2.5-second cycles, went to the JA Solar group, the largest manufacturer of solar cells in the world and teamtechnik has also acquired new customers.
The company attributes customer satisfaction and successful customer acquisition to the high standard of the products and service it offers. With 40 service technicians employed in China, reliable on-site support is guaranteed.
JA Solar had already acquired 16 Stringer TT1200s from teamtechnik in 2012 and is very happy with the output of the machine assemblies and service.
Around 60% of all the high-performance stringers for soldering solar cell strings in the world come from the teamtechnik group, making the company the leader in the international stringer technology market segment.
The STRINGER TT1200 HS solders solar cell strings in a 2.5-second cycle on just one track and ensures that this rate of production continues reliably with availability at over 95%, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
