Alexander Gorski would remain in charge of the operational business of the company in his role as chief operating officer and also would be responsible for the Conergy units in Europe. Gorski's tenure in office was prolonged by 2 years until December 31, 2014.
Additionally, the supervisory board named Messrs. Jan Vannerum and Marc Lohoff to members of the management board, effective immediately, and until December 31, 2014. Jan Vannerum would take over the CFO function and in this role succeeds Sebastian Biedenkopf, who would leave the company by end of February 2012 on his own request.
In the management board, Marc Lohoff would from now on be responsible for the Conergy entities in Asia-Pacific, Northern America and the Middle East.
