Many warranty cases are ongoing in our industry. In general, this means a headache for everybody:
The manufacturer delivered good products.
The installer did everything right.
The distributor delivered the right materials.
And so on.
But in the meantime, the owner and investor have less income.
How to proof who caused the warranty/output problems?
This is very complicated as the reason is hidden in the materials, transportation and/or installation. Without deep know-how, testing equipment, and more important presence & feet on the ground experience in Asia in the production, it is very hard to proof who is liable.
