As of February 2011, Tom Devine has assumed the responsibilities of president at DMT and will be working closely with John Brenan, CEO of DMT. Brenan will be transitioning into retirement and Devine will assume the position of CEO later in 2011.
Devine brings an extensive background in operations, general management and continuous improvement to DMT. He has focused his career on helping organizations who are undergoing rapid growth, post-merger restructurings and Lean Sigma transformations.
In his last position, Devine served as CEO of Boon Edam based in North Carolina where he was instrumental in building the companys infrastructure and overseeing the transition to a Lean manufacturing culture. Prior to Boon Edam, Devine served as vice president of operations for ABB Semiconductor in Lenzburg, Switzerland from 2000 to 2006.
Additionally, Devine held senior operational and general management roles for a variety of technology-based companies namely; Integrated Device Technology, Paradigm Technology, Headway Technologies and OnQ Technologies.
Devine holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from Fresno State University.
