Electronic grade polysilicon

Polysilicon plants that target the electronic grade market use Chemical Design’s Ultra High Purity Hydrogen Purifier.
Impurities in the hydrogen product are reduced to the PPB level. Typical impurities removed are methane and nitrogen. In larger polysilicon plants, this process step can purify a slip stream of hydrogen that supplies designated reactors marked for electronic grade polysilicon while the remaining reactors are making solar grade.
This provides the manufacturer flexibility in the polysilicon market place. The Ultra High Purity Hydrogen Purifier can be designed for a new facility or easily installed in an existing location to increase hydrogen purity.
