Founded by Mr. D.V. Manjunatha, Emmvee begun its journey manufacturing and marketing of solar water heaters in 1992. The company is also successful exporting solar water heaters to European countries.
In the year 2006, Emmvee forayed into the photovoltaic business manufacturing photovoltaic modules and started its sales and distribution offices across Europe with it headquarter in Berlin. True innovations mark the development of the company: Emmvee was the first to use a specially structured front glass, thus increasing the yield of their modules considerably. The upper range of Emmvee's modules uses German components for high yields and top endurance.
Emmvee has one of India's most sophisticated production line with Swiss machinery and equipment. Emmvee also has a glass toughening unit to support the in-house requirement of toughened glasses for solar water heaters and photovoltaic modules. With Emmvee's expertise in glass handling, every module dimension is possible. Emmvee has recently entered the field of project development and EPC for MW scale photovoltaic projects. Emmvee has just commissioned an 11.4 MW Solar park in Bronkow, one of Germany's biggest solar plants.
