Emmvee fit for Europe

After a factory review, TÜV Rheinland confirmed that EMMVEE modules meet the “Made in EU” criteria of the Italian electricity agency Gestore dei Servizi Elettrici: at least 60 percent of the module components are “Made in Europe”.

In fact, the majority of Emmvee modules have even more components made in Europe. Due to the TÜV certification, it is ensured that PV-installations with EMMVEE modules get the 10 percent bonus on the feed-in payment by the Italian electricity company.

Emmvee have bought their components from German manufacturers for years. Only the frame is not made in Europe. “Emmvee places great care on quality. Only the best and most reliable components are fit for our modules,” says Steffen Graf, CEO of Emmvee Photovoltaics GmbH.

The majority of all the components used by Emmvee, stem from companies in Germany. Emmvee uses cells from Bosch and Q-Cells, cell and string connectors from Bruker-Spaleck, sheets from Solutia. The German-Indian company was the first to use structured glass from Saint Gobain to increase the efficiency of their modules.
