After three years of local presence in the Colombian market, Green Energy Venture has decided to strengthen its presence and successful market penetration. Through the foundation of “Green Energy Venture LatAm S.A.S.” with registered office in Medellin, Colombia the firm strives to gain even better market access all over Latin America and deepen it's grown relations furthermore.
With over 1’800 MW of projects within Colombia and over 3 GW of a pipeline all over the continent, the significance of this step was recently confirmed by Daniel A. Oechslin and Marcus Rist, the management team at Green Energy Venture AG, based in Bern, Switzerland.
“We are enhancing our presence with the focus to structure utility scale transactions, combine different technologies, integrate new PPA possibilities and therewith enable this vital market to grow into a leading Latin American renewable country” the managing director of the company stated early March of this year.
