This new project is not simply an expansion of manufacturing capacity, but a forward-looking investment designed to reinforce Felicitysolar’s R&D capabilities, accelerate product innovation, and deliver more reliable and customer-oriented solar energy solutions to global markets.
A Dedicated R&D Base Built for the Future
The new R&D and manufacturing base covers a land area of approximately 50,000 square meters, with a total construction area of nearly 190,000 square meters. The facility is designed to integrate research, testing, pilot production, and system validation, enabling faster product iteration and closer alignment between R&D and real-world applications.
By strengthening its infrastructure, Felicitysolar aims to create stronger research conditions, driving innovation across solar energy battery storage, off grid and hybrid inverters, and integrated energy systems.
Long-Term Commitment to R&D Investment
Felicitysolar has consistently regarded R&D as a strategic priority. Each year, the company invests 10% of its annual revenue into research and development, ensuring continuous innovation across battery technology, power electronics, system integration, and energy management.
Looking ahead, Felicitysolar plans to expand its R&D team to over 400 engineers by 2026, injecting new expertise and vitality into product development. This growing team will focus on enhancing core technologies such as off grid inverter, hybrid inverter, and advanced battery storage systems, supporting diverse application scenarios worldwide.

Customer-Centered Product Development
At Felicitysolar, R&D is guided by a clear and consistent principle: products should be developed around real customer needs. Safety, installation efficiency, and long-term reliability are key considerations throughout the design process.
- Enhanced safety design
Fire protection modules are incorporated into key battery models, including the FLB series 24V and 48V low-voltage LiFePO4 battery series and the FLH series high-voltage LiFePO4 battery series, providing an additional layer of protection for energy storage systems.
- Installation efficiency and time savings
To reduce installation complexity and labor cost, selected battery models feature external fuse designs, such as those in the FLB 24V and 48V series. The FLH high-voltage battery series (FLH48100UG2) integrates a grounding bracket design and installers only need to connect one main grounding cable. In addition, models like FLH96050SG2 support automatic battery module addressing and automatic balancing between new and old modules, simplifying system expansion and maintenance.
Felicitysolar’s portfolio covers a wide range of products, including 12V, 24V, and 48V LiFePO4 batteries, off grid inverters, hybrid inverters, and all-in-one systems, enabling flexible configurations for residential, commercial, and industrial energy storage needs.
2025 R&D Achievement: Award-Winning C&I Energy Storage Solution
In 2025, Felicitysolar’s R&D strength was further validated when its IVGM series 50kW commercial and industrial energy storage system received the EUPD Award, recognizing its technical performance and practical value. This solution reflects Felicitysolar’s ability to translate R&D investment into practical, high-value energy storage systems for real-world applications.
- System benefits include:
- Self-consumption realization
- Electricity cost saving
- Emergency backup power
- Key system highlights:
- Optional installation options, including split-type system and cabinet-based system
- Time of Use (TOU) function for smarter grid utilization
- Maximum energy storage capacity reaching 5.7 MWh
- Ideal for regions where the grid is single-phase while loads are three-phase
- Support for 150% unbalanced three-phase output
- Real-time monitoring for improved system visibility and management
A Consistent Commitment to Sustainable Development
Guided by a long-term vision, Felicitysolar continues to practice green development and actively contribute to global carbon reduction goals.
