Greentech Energy Systems A/S sold its Spanish Fotocampillos solar plant (2.10 MW) to Vela Energy S.L., an IPP platform that operates renewable energy generating assets in the South of Europe.
The closing of the transaction has occurred today.
The total transaction price for the solar plant amounts to EUR 3,333K.
Greentech's Chairman Peter Høstgaard-Jensen comments: "The sale of the Fotocampillos solar plant will give Greentech the possibility of reinvesting in more strategic and accretive assets".
