Nanjing, China – On June 28, 2022, Hanersun held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony with CPIC and Munich Re. Yunzhou Liu, the president of Hanersun and Zhonghe Liu from CPIC attended the ceremony and signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.
According to the terms of the agreement, CPIC and Munich Re will provide a full range of property insurance for Hanersun's products with a period of 25 years (for Monofacial PV modules) and 30 years (for Bifacial PV modules), in addition to Hanersun products’ fundamental 25-30 years power warranty and 12-15 years product warranty. The Insurance mainly covers the losses caused by technical risks.
This agreement is designed to provide with double guarantee, especially for the risk control of high-efficiency modules used in large ground-mounted solar projects. Therefore, Hanersun's insurance for customers will be allocated globally, regardless of region, to gain customers full trust in the company.
