According to recent market research from InfoLink Consulting, Shanghai Metals Market (SMM), and ICCSINO, HiTHIUM has surged to TOP 2 in global energy storage battery shipments and utility-scale shipments in the first half of 2025. Compared with 8.5GWh in the same period of 2024, the company achieved an increase of over 200%. This milestone solidifies HiTHIUM’s steadily expanding scale and strengthening market presence.
HiTHIUM’s ascent is built upon a solid foundation of robust growth. The company’s audited financial results disclosed in March 2025 showed that revenue in 2024 rose 27% year-on-year to RMB 12.9 billion ($1.8 billion), while adjusted net profit reached RMB 320 million ($45 million), representing a 241% increase. These results highlight HiTHIUM’s ability to scale effectively while maintaining strong profitability.
In the first half of 2025, HiTHIUM continued this strong momentum. It was learned from relevant channels that the company’s net profit exceeded RMB 100 million ($14 million), and net cash flow from operating activities surpassed RMB 1 billion ($140 million). Overall business performance remained positive, highlighting the company’s resilient growth model and solid fundamentals.
With the dedication to energy storage, HiTHIUM has built full-chain capabilities from materials and R&D to system integration and services. Its integrated solutions span across diverse scenarios, from extreme environments to grid-side, residential, and commercial applications. Landmark projects include China’s renewable energy mega-bases, the world’s largest single-unit power system, the Jaguar Project in Texas, and Hungary’s first customized storage project. Today, HiTHIUM's solutions have been deployed in over 20 countries and regions across China, the U.S., and Europe.
Technological innovation continues to reinforce HiTHIUM’s market leadership. In 2022, the company pioneered long-duration energy storage. In 2023, HiTHIUM launched the industry’s first 1000Ah+ long-duration battery (now upgraded to the ∞Cell 1175Ah) and a 6.25MWh system, both specifically designed for 4h+ applications. In June this year, the ∞Cell 1175Ah rolled off the line and the ∞Power 6.25MWh 4h BESS built on this cell is scheduled for global project delivery in Q4 2025. More recently, HiTHIUM has secured a major contract with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) to deploy a 4GWh long-duration BESS project in Saudi Arabia, marking HiTHIUM’s first GWh-scale long-duration BESS project.
By July 2025, HiTHIUM’s global patent filings exceeded 4,000, covering China, the U.S., Europe, and beyond, forming a robust intellectual property network that underpins its global competitiveness.
