In addition to the existing Intersolar exhibitions and conferences taking place in Europe, the U.S., India, China and South America, Intersolar is launching its new global conference program Intersolar Summits.

The program will build on Intersolar's portfolio by initially running events in the US states of New Jersey andArizona as well as in Mexico and Chile in the first half of 2014.

The first Intersolar Summit actually took place in Brazil back in 2012 and has since expanded into Intersolar South America, an event with its own exhibition and conference. The organizers intend for them to provide companies working within the solar industry and their partners new ways of accessing the market.

In contrast to the large international Intersolar Conferences, the Intersolar Summits will have around 200 to 300 attendees who wish to find out detailed information about their respective markets and forge new contacts. Up to 15 companies from within the solar industry and their partners will be invited to each summit, where they will be able to engage with the organizers on site.

With its new format, Intersolar hopes to be in an even better position than ever before to help the solar industry's globally active companies gain greater access to the market. To this end, Intersolar will cooperate at the various event locations with local organizations and trade associations, such as the U.S.' Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC) in Phoenix, Arizona; the Mid Atlantic Solar Energy Association (MSEIA), Bordentown/USA, the AriSEIA, der Arizona Solar Energy Industries Association,Phoenix/USA and the New York Solar Energy Society (NYSES).

The first Intersolar Summits event takes place in New Jersey, USA, on March 20, 2014, followed by Arizona, USA, on April 8, 2014, Mexico on May 15, 2014 and Chile on June 19, 2014. The precise venues and further details on each of these events can be found at www.intersolarglobal.com/summits.
