- New Board Members Elected
- IPVEA Welcomes New Members
Eric Ast (Multi -Contact AG) was elected as the new President of the IPVEA. Richard Moreth (Vitronic AG) was selected Vice President. Laura Azpilicueta, (EVASA) as Secretary, as well as Bernhard Krause (Singulus Technologies AG) as Assistant Treasurer and Elke Hoffmann from Jonas & Redmann was reelected for an additional term of 3-years as Treasurer.
Due to the association bylaws, Sven E. Jarby the President of the IPVEA from Oerlikon, Vice President Stefan Schiller from Schiller Automation, and the Treasurer Steffen Guenther could not be reelected. Ortrun Asslaender from ACI Eco-tech term also came to the end of her 3-year term and did not run for reelection and changed to the Advisory Board.
IPVEA's New President Eric Ast expressed his special thanks to past board members for their leadership, as well as vision during the most recent difficult times. Eric also stated that this has built the foundation for more growth and new opportunities for IPVEAs members."
During the meeting IPVEA also welcomed new member companies: Coveme, DSM, EVASA, Hellmann, JinkoSolar, Multi-Contact, Shoals Technologies Group, SolarPV.TV Consulting, and Trojan Battery Company.
