JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd., one of the world’s largest manufacturers of high-performance solar power products, today announced that it will hold its annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at 10:30a.m., Beijing time at its headquarters located at No. 36, Jiang Chang San Road, Zhabei, Shanghai, the Peoples Republic of China. The shareholder record date is May 16, 2016.
