JDEnergy fully upgrades its production line, achieving a key leap in annual production capacity

JDEnergy has recently completed a comprehensive upgrade of its PCS production line, achieving a breakthrough in multi-product flexible, automated, digital and intelligent manufacturing. The upgraded production line primarily manufactures JDEnergy’s self-developed PCS2000-G4/G5 products. With major enhancements in both equipment and tools, production capacity has reached a new milestone, with an annual production capacity expected to exceed 14 GW.

  1. Equipment Upgrade

JDEnergy has newly introduced an automatic screw-locking system that uses programmable control to effectively prevent current arcing and potential product damage caused by poor contact. Following the upgrade, JDEnergy also implemented a fully automatic thermal grease dispensing system based on the 3D optical scanning platform, ensuring precise and consistent thermal conductivity and significantly improving overall heat dissipation effciency.

  1. Tool Upgrade

JDEnergy also has upgraded its sensor-based electric torque tools, improving tightening accuracy from ±10% to ±3%, which greatly enhances the consistency and reliability of PCS products.

Real-time feedback: After each screw is tightened, the system automatically dispalys a green light to indicate completion. This feature reduces the need for manual torque rechecks and effectively improves operational efficiency.

Full data traceabilityTorque and other parameters can be uploaded in real time to JDEnergy’s eMES system, creating a data-binding relationship between each screw and the corresponding product. This creates a product-level, fully traceable quality archive.

  1. Capacity Upgrade

Unlike traditional conveyor-based production lines, JDEnergy’s new production line adopts heavy-duty AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) technology to enable dynamic line reconfiguration. This flexible system allows real-time workstation adjustments according to the process requirements of different products, effectively reducing product changeover time and supporting rapid, flexible switching between multiple PCS2000-G4/G5 products.

Following the upgrade, JDEnergy has built an integrated intelligent manufacturing system characterized by:

  • 100% automation in key processes: Core procedures such as screw locking and thermal paste application are fully automated.
  • 100% process traceability: All production data are uploaded in real time to the MES system.
  • 100% digitalized workforce management: Operator certification and process standards are managed through end-to-end digital control.

Empowered by intelligent manufacturing framework, the upgraded production line now supports a monthly capacity of 1.2 GW and an annual production capacity exceeding 14 GW, substantially enhancing JDEnergy’s large-scale manufacturing capability.
