JinkoSolar pushed for the birth of the world’s most powerful 670 Wp utility panel and 495 Wp residential panels with 24.8% record-breaking efficiency, by integrating the new processes on the TOPCon foundation technology platform. The accelerated TOPCon technology achieves a 25.5% plus cell efficiency at mass production and a 0.5-0.7% annual growth rate.
TOPCon will continue to drive JinkoSolar’s leadership in high-performance PV modules, particularly in the utility and DG sectors. Tiger Neo 3.0 will significantly increase power output while increasing bifacility. By optimizing the cell architecture and manufacturing process, Tiger Neo 3.0 will achieve a higher performance-to-power ratio.
Compared to its counterparts, Tiger Neo 3.0 has better economic benefits because of 30–40-watt gains without sacrificing bifacility from the back side which is free of charge. The Tiger Neo 3.0 will be highly scalable, and able to adapt to different application scenarios and types of environments. With universal design, customers can flexibly configure project design, in addition, lower VOC and higher Isc contribute to lower BOS than its counterparts.
Tiger Neo 3.0 is a solution for all-around applications. It will be widely used in various scenarios, including utility, C&I, onshore and offshore, and residential rooftops.
Dany Qian, VP of JinkoSolar emphasized that the company will break the Moore’s Law with its ‘once-a-year’ refresh cadence. And built on N-type TOPCon as a foundation technology platform, JinkoSolar plans to introduce new products at a much faster pace to drive leaps and bounds in solar PV power.
