This expansion represents a significant milestone in JinkoSolar's global growth strategy and reaffirms its commitment to sustainability with the company’s objective of being 100% renewable powered within 2025. That’s because, for this new office opening, JinkoSolar signed an agreement with EGO Energy, an important Italian trader specialized in the management and commercialization of energy from renewable sources on the market, in particular through PPAs. “We are delighted in cooperating with a world-leading actor of the renewable industry supplying certified green energy produced by new market-parity plants, actively managing the solar-PV production on the market. Our goal is always to match the renewable energy production with the final customers needs, ensuring both parties the best conditions, both for short and long-term contract tenor. This is really the new approach needed to allow the renewable generation to play a decisive role into the market, in accordance with the new EU Market Design” commented Stefano Cavriani, Founder and Director of EGO Energy.
Thanks to this agreement, JinkoSolar Italian Office will be 100% powered by renewable energy sources.
