Kehua PV Inverters Supported a Polish Factory Go 100% Green

Share

The factory's multi-energy system not only generates solar power but also integrates wind energy, hydrogen production, and lithium battery storage, achieving a 100% renewable energy penetration rate. The solar project powered by Kehua inverters serves as an important part of the truly green factories, adding a milestone to local C&I sustainability practices.

Project Information

Capacity: 10MW

Solution: 83 units of SPI125K-B and SPI100K-B, with 20kV medium voltage technology

Location: Oława, Poland

Scenario: Agrivoltaics for factory power generation

The project is estimated to generate 8,800 MWh of electricity per year, benefiting by the optimal efficiency of up to 98.8% of Kehua's SPI100K-125K-B series inverters, saving Promet-Plast significantly on electricity expenditures.

In general, the more communication pathways an inverter has, the more accurate the system can be monitored, which helps to maximize system performance and solar energy usage. More monitoring paths do, however, also imply a more complex communication network and system hardware. Using this 10 MW PV project with over 80 PV inverters as an example, stronger communication protocols and transmission technologies must be adopted to ensure the efficient transmission and processing of massive amounts of data. This places a high demand on the technical proficiency and product quality of inverter suppliers.

Kehua SPI100-125K-B series inverters support up to 9 MPPT and 18 string, with excellent PV string expansion capability. This largely avoids the waste of solar energy caused by inconsistent orientation of PV arrays. In addition, the intelligent sub-array communication box provides owners with convenient PV system monitoring and management functions, enabling them to easily control each inverter, which greatly improves the user experience and is conducive to improving the performance of the entire PV system. As a result, using Kehua inverters in PV projects not only solves communication issues, but also maximizes solar energy utilization while meeting the project's technical and quality standards.

The reliability of Kehua's PV solutions also is also reflected in the multiple protection strategies. Specifically, Kehua inverters adopt many protection mechanisms, such as temperature protection, surge protection, AC short circuit protection, etc., and reach IP66 protection level, which effectively guarantees the safety and stability of the PV system. This ensures the smooth integration of the power generation system invested by Promet-Plast, and creates favorable conditions for its efficient management.

The smooth operation of this project demonstrates Kehua's strong commitment to promoting state-of-art power solutions for over 35 years. In the future, Kehua will continue to practice the concept of “Sustainable Value Creator” and contribute to the green development of more utilities, businesses and residential households around the world.
