Photovoltaics wholesaler Krannich Solar has opened its second Australian branch office in Brisbane, in the state of Queensland. The local market has been established by the Krannich branch in Melbourne. The office in Brisbane takes account of the growing customer base and provides local support. This means that Krannich Solar now has two sites in Australia.

“The rapidly growing market, particularly in south Queensland, has prompted us to open the office in Brisbane”, explains Christopher Homann, CEO of Krannich Solar Australia. “The expansion is important for us to be able to serve our growing customer base in this region even faster and more efficiently. The new location will benefit our local customers, enabling faster delivery and lower freight costs. Thus, they in turn can become more competitive.”

Krannich Solar has made a good name for itself as a specialist for PV systems with its wide range of products and services tailored to the needs of installers. More than 10 qualified employees in Australia look after customers throughout the country. With a growth of 0.9 GW in 2014, Australia is now an established PV market and finds itself in the top ten globally, based on total installations.
