KSTAR, a global provider of power electronics and renewable energy solutions, presented its latest innovations in solar inverters and energy storage systems at Intersolar South America 2025, highlighting tailored solutions designed to meet the evolving energy needs of Latin America.
With abundant solar resources, rapidly growing energy demand, and the need for more resilient infrastructure, the region is actively embracing photovoltaic and storage systems to address energy challenges. Brazil, in particular, is leading the continent’s renewable transition, driven by the increasing role of distributed generation and the growing importance of hybrid and storage-backed applications.
Against this backdrop, KSTAR presented its latest innovations tailored to local market needs—from residential energy independence to commercial and utility-scale applications, designed to deliver efficiency, reliability, and adaptability to local conditions.
For businesses seeking energy independence and resilience, KSTAR highlighted the BluePulse Series KAC125DP2+BC233DE2, an all-in-one C&I energy storage solution powered by CATL battery cells and backed by a 10-year performance warranty. Offering capacities of 197/215/233 kWh and compatibility with the KAC Series 20–125 kW hybrid inverters, the system integrates backup and genset input to ensure reliable operation during grid fluctuations. It allows flexible scaling—up to six systems in parallel off-grid and twenty on-grid—catering to the scalability needs of Latin American industries.
Alongside, the BlueKernel Series 125 kW inverter was also presented, delivering up to 98.7% efficiency and a DC/AC ratio of 1.5, supporting high-yield solar plants and robust protection with Type II DC / AC SPD. Together, these solutions are well-suited for industrial facilities seeking to lower energy costs while maintaining operational reliability.
On the residential front, KSTAR introduced the BlueSpark Series, an all-in-one hybrid energy system available in both single-phase and three-phase models. Designed for households seeking independence from grid instability, it supports unbalanced three-phase output, parallel connection, and optional AFCI protection for enhanced safety. Alongside BlueSpark Series, KSTAR also showcased the BlueGlow Series and BluE Series, expanding options for homeowners aiming to optimize solar usage and reduce reliance on conventional energy sources.
For large-scale solar projects, the BlueWave Series was presented. With a maximum efficiency of 99% and featuring PID recovery, power line communication, this solution supports the region’s growing utility-scale PV development, essential for meeting renewable energy targets and expanding clean generation capacity.
KSTAR’s showcase at Intersolar South America underscored its dedication to advancing clean energy adoption across the continent. By offering technologies that combine efficiency, safety, and adaptability, the company aims to empower households, businesses, and utilities in their journey toward a more resilient and sustainable energy future.
