The collaboration formally brings together UKM's cutting-edge academic research, particularly through its renowned Solar Energy Research Institute (SERI), with LONGi's global industrial expertise and technological prowess in solar photovoltaic products.

The MoU outlines a comprehensive framework for cooperation in several key areas, including:

· Joint research and development activities tailored to the specific climate and energy needs of Southeast Asia.

· Exchange of academic materials, research publications, and technical knowledge.

· Development of specialized courses and joint participation in internationally funded projects.

· Fostering youth engagement through internships, accelerator programs, and dialogue platforms to cultivate the next generation of renewable energy leaders.
